Meh. So disappointing for pho. The kabocha was crunchy... almost raw. The noodles didn’t have that chewy bite that I prefer. The broth was tasty, but it was just so disappointing not to have the Vietnamese herbs that are a must with pho.
My favorite pho! Most of the menu is not vegan, but the dishes that are... 😍 sooooo good!
