Vegan Peking Duck Pizza

Super special and interesting combination, the peking duck taste like “char siu” and it’s so nice cause i haven’t had that for ages and it brings back so much memories :)

Pizza and (vegan) Peking duck isn't something you will hear on the same sentence. And I wanted something unusual and they deliver! With the sweet sauce as a base, ther are lots of fresh salad, coriander, dried crispy bean curd, and vegan duck, and cucumbers. It is new and quite tasty. Enough for 2 person if they are not too hungry. For one, you gotta be really hungry, even if the base is ultra thin and a little crispy.

This pizza had very interesting flavours, although it was difficult to eat. The smoked gluten (duck) was chewy and yummy. The crispy yuba tasted like some kind of sharp cheese, and the pizza also comes with cucumber, sesame, coriander, and some mixed greens. We really enjoyed the taste, although it was difficult to eat because the greens kept falling off and the yuba incredibly greasy all over your hands (the knives they provide aren’t sharp so you can’t eat this with cutlery).
