Vegan Panzerotti

File under thing I didn’t know till today: you can create your own panzerotti with Daiya cheeze and plant based pepperoni! I also added onions, spinach, garlic and broccoli 😋 My only complaint is that they keep the tomato sauce on the side instead of in the pizza itself? And they only gave me a small amount (think dipping sauce container) which made an already messy meal, even messier
