Vegan pancakes

Only halfway convinced with these pancakes. They tasted good and paired nicely with the agave sirup and fresh fruits but had a texture which I found too chewy, probably due to a poor flour/milk ratio. I feel like a slight change in the recipe could do wonders. Still enjoyable and super filling. The serving is huge, I would rather recommend this for sharing. 9€
