Vegan Montanara trio

The Montanara is a classic appetizer and snack I have eaten billion of times back home. It's simple and delicious. The version proposed by bittersweet has a twist to it, with veggies on top, to give vegans the different textures and variety we wish to have when we eat out! These are great enjoyed with a house spritz or negroni...to have a truly italian aperitivo!
