Vegan Migas

SO good. Without a doubt the best vegan dish I've had at a non-veg restaurant(a perfect choice if you want to eat somewhere with meat/egg options for family/friends like me)! I ordered mine with flour tortillas (3) and the red salsa. It came with hashbrowns that were super-duper crispy, black beans, and of course, the tofu migas. The strips of tortilla & tofu cubes in the creamy & savory sauce! Also veg sour cream. Everything went perfectly together and was very filling for only $11. 💕💕

I really enjoyed it. So glad they offer a separate vegan section. It had tofu and tortillas and hash browns.
