Vegan Hash

Ask to be made vegan. (No eggs, sub vegan cheese) You can add avocado and local smoked tofu for an additional charge. Lots of vegetables, big portion, hash browns are very well seasoned! The house made ketchup is amazing and can be bought in jars to take home.
