Dipped into No Catch for lunch after a monthly beach cleanup. Can’t beat eating sustainable “seafood” after spending the morning cleaning discarded fishing gear off our beautiful beaches. I went for the classic Tofish and chips which are ALWAYS a winner. This "cod" & chips is soooo good!! The fish has a very rich flavour, with the taste of the seaweed "skin" really lifting up the taste of this dish. So simple, but so brilliantly done. Nice chunky chips on the side, and the tartare sauce also has large chunks of gherkin in there. This surpasses animal fish and chips in terms of flavour - really really good, thumbs up!!
This went over and beyond all expectations. Best “fish” and chips I’ve ever had! The large portion was enormous, I couldn’t finish it all for lunch. The taste of the “fish” was so fishy, it was amazing. The chips were top tier as well!
La presentación es muy realista y el sabor también! Aprobado por veganos y carnistas 😜. Viene con una buena ración de patatas y limón. Puedes acompañarlo de una salsa. Nosotros escogimos la recomendada (tartar) y le queda genial.
