Vegan Chilli Poppers

If you keen on fried battered poppers then you'd enjoy these... Filling is a mozzarella-type cheese. Enjoyed by carnies too.

I needed that side of guac to manage the strength of the jalapeno. It was hot 🔥 Good to have with their Icebergs 🙌🏾

Unbelievably hot. I only managed two bites 😵 probably just the jalapeños they happened to have on that day but DANG. So my friend took them home and said she'd use them in another dish where they can be tamed a bit. Order with caution!

The batter was a little soft, but other than that the popper was lovely (bonus - they make the vegan cheese in house). #veganin2020
