Vegan Chi’king Katsu Curry With Rice

Japanese-style creamy curry with rice. Very mildly spicy. The “Chi’king” is a Quorn fillet made with Mycoprotein (I guess it’s basically the same as the patty in Burger King’s Vegan Royale); it’s very tender and goes really well with the curry.
