Vegan Ceviche

I review this resto last year with the tallarin saltado and it was delicious! But... I didn't like their ceviche! It was good for like maybe 3-4 chew but after, It was too much acidic in my taste. All I was tasting was the citrus juice. It was too powerful in taste, I think for a smaller portion it's ok and pretty good but for the main course it was too much for me.
