Vegan Caprese Bagel

Very simple but nonetheless, very tasty. Loved the cashew cream spread and the basil pesto. Though I think most of my love for this is the fact that I haven't had basil pesto in forever because my mom doesn't make food at home with it and restaurants in Durban don't have vegan basil pesto in their dishes. So this was a huge treat for me after not having basil pesto for years.

Sups tasty! Bagel was perfectly toasted and the flavor and textures were delicious. The “cheese” was creamy and good!

This was the best vegan bagel I have ever had, the tomato was crisp and the basil pesto mixed perfectly with the vegan cream cheese.
