Vegan Build Your Own Bowl

They have a build your own bowl which can be veganized. This is the perfect portion size for lunch, no leftovers. I chose purple rice, classic curry, soy meat, sweet corn and classic slaw (carrot & daikon I believe). It was very delicous once you add the toppings (crispy onion, hot sauce, sesame seeds) and mix it up, and everything is coated nicely in the curry sauce. Yum!!! The menu is simple, and there is a vegan option for their bowls and bao. Nice spot to grab a quick lunch or snack.
