Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

I was lucky enough to try it once with the Portofino (local bakery) #peasantbun before they discontinued making that line and the #theverygoodbutchers sausage. It isn’t quite the same now but it’s still delicious. I think they are using an Impossible patty and I’m not sure where the bun is from. I still love it but I also like to get the Farmers Wrap too when available. #victoriabc #breakfastsandwich #tofuegg #vegansausage

Really delicious sandwich. Perfect tofu, very good butcher sausage patty, vegan cheese, fresh veggies and bun. Love it.
