Vegan Breakfast Bagel

#LoveLoveLove 😍 This place has been on my to-try list for a looooong time & it did not disappoint. I was impressed with the presentation of the dish immediately, it's funny how something as simple as sticking a knife in the middle of the bagel can make an impact like that (or maybe I'm just easy to impress?). I added the tomatoes as an extra because who has breakfast without tomatoes?! I rarely rate things 5* but this dish deserves it for being so damn delicious. #BreakfastBagel #Norwich
