Vegan Bolognese on Toast

Very nutrional breakfast, well presented. A bit small but still nice

Such a delicious and filling breakfast. I also added a butternut fritter on the side, which tasted like a flapjack!

Mouth watering delicious , Beyond mince in a Tomato Salsa , with vegan cheese and served on Ciabatta toast , the presentation wasn’t as efffective as the Avo Toast, but it most certainly made up with it’s delicious flavour .
