
Brunch/lunch was a delicious indulgence of most of the plant-based dishes at Bayswater Kitchen! Salad nicoise without the tuna/anchovies, tomato salad, broccoli salad, avocado bruschetta, mushroom soup, cashew creamed corn (vegan version), roasted cauliflower with hazelnuts (vegan version), kale and purple cabbage slaw, hazelnut praline tart. It’s so great that there is such good momentum in our movement for more sustainability in our offerings, that without much input from me, I show up at Bayswater Kitchen after a period of absence to see such great vegan and vegetarian offerings!
