Vacon Nachos

I had this dish at the Claremont Branch. Incredibly tasty and delicious, the chips were so crisp and tasted great too. There’s the perfect amount of toppings for the amount of chips.

The vegan nachos (or Vacon Nachos as they call is) was really nice. It’s loaded with th toppings including cashew cream, salsa, vegan mozzarella, avocado, sweet corn, jalapeños delicious pepperdews. The only thing I would change is melting the cheese more, adding more cashew cream and switching the avo to guacamole. And more jalapeños - but that’s just me 🌶🧀🥑
