Udon noodles With Ginger And peanuts

Oh my Lordy was this delicious! I regretted offering to split it with my boyfriend. In fact, I kept moving the line slightly which would’ve represented half so that I could have an extra noodle or two.!  so flavorful without overdoing it with peanut sauce. The restaurant is such a cool little spot overlooking a giant waterfall. It’s also attached to a used bookstore that you can meander through while you’re waiting for your meal.  We happened upon this place after hiking in Deerfield. We will certainly be back!
