Ube Crunch

Oh my gosh this was incredible! Mood lighting and a storm didn't make for the best photo lighting but this roll was beautiful! I loved the crunchy, sweet ube paired with creamy avocado. It also had smoked oyster mushroom, pickled cucumber and sweet chili sauce. It was a beautiful dining experience all around.

I love ube, and I was really excited for it, but the sushi was just okay. I felt like the rice and ube weren’t soft enough. The sweet chili sauce was good though.

First time trying ube and I loved it in this roll! The mushrooms were super flavorful as well.
