U-mian

Always loved their food. Never failed. The noodles were tasty and chewy in dark sauce. Served with large bowl of veggie soup with some tofu and veg anchovies innit. Very generous with the chinese spinach.

Came here during the peak hours on the 15th day of the Lunar Calendar and there was a freaking long queue! The almost 30 minutes wait was worth it though as these noodles are so good — slight chewiness coated in dark sauce, paired with a big bowl of spinach soup. Yum!

The noodles is missing the magic green paste that idk what it's called, but is in most dry noodles mix at other restaurants.

Smooth and springy noodle with copious amount of greens. Just the way I love it
