"tuna" salad

This restaurant is changing the menu every month and they are offering a 3, 4 or 5 course dinner. This salad was very rich, with lot of vegetables, dressings and nice presentation. The "tuna" was made from artichokes but was not resembling the taste. Interesting place - 100% gluten free!
