Muy buena elaboración teniendo en cuenta que es difícil conseguir la similitud del huevo. I've missed so long Spanish tortilla, and usually you don't find so much vegan restaurants with this option. The tortilla was perfect (it wasn't dry) and the garlic aroma... Amazing. The size it's small but fills you up.
