Torta Grosera con Pinche Chamaco

This can be considered an abomination: combining bread with tacos! But in Mexico City all the weirdest combinations for typical dishes are a thing, and this is no exception. This is a torta filled with two of their “Pinche Chamaco” tacos (combination of soy meats, seitan and oyster mushrooms). Deliciously weird!
