Tomato & Cheese Toastie (veganized)

This new place opened up near our office and I couldn’t be happier, stopped in here for some breakfast and finding out they have vegan cheese sandwich🤯 Only gripe is that if it’s gonna be called a toastie, I kinda expect my cheese to be melted but that might just be me

Hmmm I really wanted to like this but I could have made it better at home. Cheese was not melted and tomatoes were unseasoned and falling all over the place. Will try something else next time
