
This is the French version of caprese. It's pretty much the same except instead of basil, they used parsley! This is a wonderful, simple dish. I was eyeing it when we were figuring out our starters, but it was really a nice fresh treat after our entrees. The vegan burrata they use was really nice. It's a bit grainy, but I liked the flavor and the general creaminess. The balsamic was great and I loved the touch of salt. This is the ultimate way to enjoy a fresh tomato. I'm looking forward to growing my own tomatoes this summer and making something similar often! This was pretty impressive!! The vegan mozzarella was light and didn’t have a heavy taste to it. The balsamic and tomato were tasty 🍽️🍅🥬🧀
