Tom Yum Sourdough Pizza

Crust good, the basic breads part of the pie good, but as too often happens in Singapore, they got the spices wrong. Pizza and any Italian dish with tomato sauce needs lots of oregano please

Made with their home made tom yum paste. I liked the dough but I’m still more of a thick crust person. Would prefer cheese over nutritional yeast

Really liked this pizza! Although I usually don’t eat fusion style pizzas, I liked that it tasted light and the crust was fluffy and delicious too!

One of the two vegan sourdough pizzas offered on the menu. The tom yum taste is not overwhelming.
