Tofu Pad Thai Roll

This place is a gem! Vegan sushi with tofu is so hard to find, especially in such a unique roll. This was my favorite of the three we tried. I didn't find it really tasted like pad thai but I loved the hot sauce and the lightness of the cabbage and other veggies inside. The best #vegan #sushi I have ever had - from this spot! Everyone needs to go lol. The nicer owners. No where to sit so you just grab and go. They make their own #sauce and they have the most creative vegan sushi!! Salt-Cured Tofu, Red Pepper, Shredded Cabbage, Scallions, Finished with Nut-Free Pad Thai Sauce, Topped with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Side of Lime (Vegan, Gluten-free). This was good. But their other rolls are even better. I didn't get much of a #padthai vibe, so if it was named something different, I probably would have liked it more. :) It was $17.99.

Another winner! The chef makes their own unique #tofu by pressing layer after layer and curing it in special salt. It’s firm but tender at the same time if that makes sense? This is one of their most popular rolls between vegans and omnis alike.
