Tofu Melt

Had to try this when I saw @compassionate1candy shared it here. Really enjoyed it!! Looks pretty. Hope they add it to their regular menu. The only thing I will ask for next time to for the tofu and toppings to be on the side. The bread did get a bit soggy with all the dressing.🤎🌱 Thanks @compassionate1candy 🫶🏼

Beautifully presented. This delicious tofu melt was on the new menu specials. Glad I chose this one and not the Wild mushroom melt which was the other option. My companion who had it, said the sandwich had way too much mustard and it was too strong to enjoy the sandwich. My tofu melt was full of flavour. On my chosen sourdough toast along with the herb-infused tofu, there was dairy-free cheese made vegan by swapping the cheese for the non-dairy kind.
