My partner got the tofu lok lak. To veganize this just ask for no egg, as lok lak usually comes with a fried egg on top. The sauce was that classic sweet and sour perfectly coating the tofu and herbs, and dipped in the super peppery and limey lok lak sauce it was a flavour bomb. I liked that it came with brown rice instead of white. And I especially loved the fresh green kampot peppers that just burst in your mouth when you bite into it.
