Tofu Krab Noodles

I wasn’t expecting to have the best #bunrieu of my life in a shop known for their #banhmi, but here we are 🙌 I’m actually amazed at how flavoured the #broth was! It’s always the dingy alley shops that pull off the greatest feats, isn’t it? 😌 The broth actually tasted just as how I remembered #crab to taste, even better now that it’s #crueltyfree 🤗 The shop is full of heartwarming vegan propaganda & staffed by an ecstatic child that speaks fluent English. The service here is amazing! For only VND 35k, you get an insane value for just how much #tofu they give you - #beancurdskin too! 😋 Not only that, but as is evident from the photo, they also topped the #noodles with an amazing #homemade fritter that they apparently also sell in-store 😮 I get that #baguettes aren’t for everyone as I’m not huge on them, but with this on the menu there’s bound to be an option for everyone here 😇 I love this restaurant! #bestpicks
