Oh my gosh this was one of my favorite things I've tried at this restaurant 🤤
I've had tomato tofu variations in Vietnam a couple of times now, but this one was very unique. It reminded a bit more of Italian pasta sauces and was just very creamy and rich. And the tofu of course very good too 🤌🏼
