It was such a beautiful fall day, I just knew I wanted to spend it
strolling through Stillwater and trying out a new restaurant. In highschool I loved coming to Stillwater with my friends and grabbing some onion rings at Leo's. I'm not sure how vegan-friendly Leo's is now, but it's great to know I can still get my onion ring fix at The Wild Hare, just down the street! This place is super vegan-friendly, with most appetizers being vegan as well as all of their aiolis! These onion rings can be ordered plain or Moroccan spiced. We went with the spiced option and loved the hints of cinnamon, cumin, ginger, and paprika flavors. We chose the harissa aioli for our dip and that added another great spice profile. $9 was a bit high for a starter, especially such a simple one, but they were a great way to start the meal.
