The Islander Burger

Texture of the patty too soft, became almost like a paste? Also not a fan of the ginger carrots Beautifully presented thou and visually very appealing

I really enjoyed this burger, with the sweet potato and butternut patty with a yummy crumb. The turmeric sourdough bun was something new I just had to try and it was delicious. All the flavours complemented each other and was packed with nutrition.
