Thai Green Curry

The peace cafe was a haven after a long trip through Vietnamese and Cambodian cuisine. It was a place I could let down my guard and order confidently. The food was delicious, including a fresh carrot juice with ginger, locally sourced, and organic. The courtyard where I ate was beautifully cultured with trees and flowering plants. Like I said, a haven.

A perfectl mix of typical Cambodian eggplant vegetables. Very tasty curry sauce with sweet basil. Thank you!
