Thai curry with king trumpet mushrooms

God, this was delightful. The Thai green curry sauce was so beautifully flavoured, and the pieces of trumpet mushrooms were bursting with flavour. Such a gorgeous dish, and it was perfect with the brown rice as a side. It also had fruit (green grapes, pineapple) in it, which I loved. I adore Suissi! #curry #thai #thaifood #veganrestaurant

So this was my boyfriends dish, and even though I adored mine, got to say I was jealous. I would never usually order a Thai curry, but this was on a level of its own. It has a flavour I just can’t describe, an intense deep creaminess. Just perfect, you HAVE to try this
