Another winner! Jasmine rice topped with sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, red onion, grilled tofu, spicy peanut sauce, and fresh cilantro. The peanut sauce had a really interesting and tasty Planted twist to it 🌱😋

This bowl was so yummy and filling. The tofu was incredibly flavourful.
