Teriyaki Hericium Rice Bowl

The #hericiummushroom here was glorious 😋 Seasoned and glazed to replicate #charsiew, absolutely drippingly delicious 🤤 As for the rest of the #pokebowl wannabe, it was solid and I went through it pretty quickly. Honourable mention to the #whiterice which had a fabulous texture and was cooked in something lightly but pleasingly flavourful 🙂 Also liked the smashed #tofu in the corner pretending to be egg 👍 P.S. @dafnelately think this might be the same guys as the operation up in Penang? 🤔
