Tempeh Reuben

I loved the pickled cabbage on this sandwich so much! Overall the sandwich was tasty and very pub food like. I wish the actual marinated tempeh had more flavor but the flavors from the other elements made this tasty.

So good and very flavorful! Comes with sauerkraut, firecracker slaw, tomato-soy aioli, and Herbivorous Butcher Swiss and served on sourdough rye.
