Tempeh bao

Probably my favourite thing I ate at Suissi. Not usually a big tempeh fan but this one was so flavoursome and delicious!

Absolutely devine - crispy fried tempeh in a beautifully soft and saucy bao bun, presented in bamboo steamer. I only wish there were 2 of them as one smallish one for £4.5 felt a bit steep… perhaps 2 for £7.50 or something would be better? I suppose the price is still fair because it’s really sublime food, I just couldn’t get enough of it 😼 Soooo good I wanted a whole one to myself!

Beautiful presentation and literally the nicest tempeh I’ve ever had, it was both crispy and juicy. My only regret is that I didn’t get two
