How can I not go for "imli" drink. It was as expected almost similar "pani" of the "pani puri". Refreshing and tasty. #abillionlove

When I saw Tamer Hindi on the menu I knew I had to go for it. Its a sweet and spicy refreshing tamarind drink with some added mint. Gets full marks from me. Also, full marks to the wait staff, Ash, in particular who patiently explained all the vegan and plant-based options on the menu in spite of being short staffed on a Saturday evening. Interestingly tamer al hindi in Arabic roughly translates to 'date of india' and is the basis for the botanical name Tamarindus indica for tamarind. #tamarind #abillionlove #vegansg
