Tamarind Fizz

Did my tongue just taste the best sour drink of my life? I loved this! I never knew lemon and tamarind could go so well in a drink. Also I was wary, as with most fizzy drinks, that this would taste more of soda than anything else, but the soda takes a backseat in this one, just subtle enough to give it texture but letting the main stars take the stage. Obsessed.
