1 x Hoisin - hoisin ‘duck’ with sriracha, spring onion & cucumber in tortilla wrap. So fabulous - moist, flavourful, well textured. Incredible ‘duck’ substitute. Greens were fresh! 1 x Sweet Potato - sweet potato & cauliflower in chipotle cashew cream served with picked cabbage in a tortilla wrap. Surprisingly spicy - perfectly cooked cauli!
