Really tasty! One can also add on vegan toppings like avocado & tomato. Would recommend for a quick warm bite! #veganin2020

Theres was no queue, so I thought... why not. I added the Guacomole and Tomato Salsa. Rosti was nicely crisp on the out, but would all have liked it grilled for longer personally. The side wasnt anything to shout about, but nice to know there is a couple of options for vegan.

The Rosti is made of shredded potatoes pan fried into pancake. Vegans just dont put the sour cream and replace with ketchup or chillie sauce. #rosti #potatoes
