Sweet and Sour Abalone Mushroom

rm24 and this was so so yummy too. dad said the texture of this really reminded him of chicken! deep fried abalone mushrooms but really wasn’t too greasy, yet the mushrooms retained a really nice crunch. they got a little soggy after a while but I really like that soggy crunchy texture with a slight chew! this was also slightly spicy, and the sauce was the right balance of sweet and sour
