I have always been very sceptical about fried #udon because they are so thick and
I always think the only way to enjoy them is with a similarly thick curry. Glad to have been given food for thought here 😉 The sauce was flavourful and the noodles were just at the right texture.
Though it did have cabbage and mushroom bits, I did feel that it lacked stuff. Therefore, I threw in some sesame seeds, and heated up some frozen gyoza on the side (second shot). Not sure what I would have done had I been dining in 😅 RM9 (!!) though, so can't complain 🙂
