Summer Mango Shortcake

Whoa I never knew their #cake was this good 😃 This isn't a new thing on the menu, it's been around forever, I just never took a punt on their cake range before. My loss 🥲 I did takeaway because I was going to a gathering of people (omnivores 😏) and I decided that a surreptitious vegan offering was necessary. Were it not for the conspicuous use of the v-word on the packaging (the absence of which we otherwise complain endlessly about, can't have it both ways), I don't think they would've realised it was free of dairy and eggs and all the other things that they deem essential 😑 #sweettooth friendly, as many #mango based desserts tend to be 😋 Generous amounts of #cream, and a fine #cakeart effort that my photos don't do justice to
