Incredible! Vegan benedict breakfast. I honestly have never had eggs benedict, so I have no
basis for comparison, which is better I think lol. The tofu was firm and not very flavored,, yet it worked extremely well bc the sauce on top and the extra thick sausage patty (seitan i think) in the middle was incredibly flavorful, stuffed with chunks of garlic and other herbs. All on top of a crispy English muffin. So good, so filling I could only eat one. 😅
