Stir-fried Eggplant

Didn’t meet an eggplant dish I didn’t like. The sweet and sour sauce was a winner. I would have preferred the cuts to be a tad bit slimmer but otherwise this was a perfect dish #eggplant #stirfry

stir fried eggplant, coriander, chili padi, green onion. this was my favourite dish of the night!! soft but not mushy, and BURSTING with flavour. ($14)
