Stewed Rice Vermicelli

The dish name sounds so simple. But it is so full of flavor! The rice vermicelli is stewed with celery & pickled lettuce. It is moist without being over soaked, just the right texture without being too soft and had a perfect bite. The condiments of sprout & tiny fried bean curd adds a great combination of texture that just sends me piling more & more on my bowl. good flavor from the onion and sauce. Enjoyed the crunchy bean curd skin topping. Not the most exciting but a nice side dish to have a few bites of.
